Apple Pie

The most time consuming part no doubt! You think oh, 8 apples, this won't take long. Um, no.. Peeling and cutting into 1 inch chunks took a WHILE.

Since it's the beginning of fall I thought what better way to start the season then to bake a classic apple pie. It was my first, but I'm pretty proud of it! I felt the crust had too much salt, but everything else turned out great!
